By accessing or using the website frontlinevisibility.ai and any services provided by Frontline Technologies ("we," "our," or "us"), including our AI visibility scoring, analytics, and intelligence platforms (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Frontline Technologies provides AI-driven visibility scoring, analytics, and market intelligence tools designed for enterprise clients. Our Services measure and analyze how organizations, brands, and digital properties are perceived, ranked, and surfaced by AI systems, search engines, and large language models.

3. Account Registration

Certain features of our Services may require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or contain inaccurate information.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, algorithms, scoring models, data visualizations, and the overall design — are the exclusive property of Frontline Technologies or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Access to certain features of our Services requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Provide valid and up-to-date payment information
• Accept that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Service Availability & SLA

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of using the Services. This obligation survives the termination of these terms for a period of two (2) years.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRONTLINE TECHNOLOGIES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR AI SCORES OR ANALYTICS WILL ACHIEVE SPECIFIC RESULTS OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET ALL OF YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Frontline Technologies and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
